This project developed two GPT models using different embedding techniques, LAMA and Langchain, to create a support agent for customers. The models were fine-tuned using manuals and FAQs and can provide answers to customer inquiries. The Langchain model, which offers higher accuracy, directly references the PSD file without the need for a JSON file.
